A 23-year-old Bergen County man accused of abducting a teen girl and sexually assaulting her at the Willowbrook Mall has a crime-riddled past stretching back several years. A 54-year-old Paterson man was convicted on Monday, Dec. 2 of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old, authorities said. Cirilo Tello sexually abused the child on multiple occasions between October 2020 and October 2022 at a residence in Paterson, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia Valdes said.
