Have You Seen Him? Clifton Commons Bank Robbed

UPDATE: Clifton police Friday morning released more surveillance images of a man who they said robbed the Boiling Springs Bank branch at Clifton Commons just before noon Thursday.

He gave the teller at the Clifton Commons Boiling Springs branch a demand note and fled an undisclosed amount of cash.

CLIFTON, N.J. -- Clifton police Thursday afternoon released a surveillance image of a man who they said robbed the Boiling Springs Bank branch at Clifton Commons just before noon.

The robber, wearing a baseball cap with an American flag emblem, entered gave the teller at the Route 3 branch a demand note around 11:45 a.m., Detective Lt. Robert Bracken said.

He then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash, the lieutenant said.

He described the robber as black, in his 40s or 50s.
