'Earthquake'-Like Rumbling Rattles South Jersey, Shaken Residents Take To Twitter
A rumbling of the earth that was not an earthquake left residents of South Jersey shaken and confused. More than 150 people reported feeling a tremblor starting at 1:22 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 8, according to volcanodiscovery.com, which reports on such events. A Union City man was arrested on child porn charges, authorities said. An investigation was launched into Mario Lopez Esquit, 25, on Dec. 9, when the authorities were notified of a report of possible child exploitation material being shared on social media, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. A 13-year-old Somerset County middle school student was charged after circulating false threats on social media, authorities said. The Franklin Township Middle School student allegedly sent text messages threatening a violent act at the Franklin Middle School Hamilton Street Campus for the next day, Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H.
