A new bistro in Sussex County is combining two of the best culinary worlds. Byram Bay Bistro, which combines Polish and Jamaican cuisine is celebrating its grand opening in Hopatcong on Saturday, Jan. 13 at 393 Maxim Dr. The restaurant is run by husband and wife duo, Dominic Garbacz, who is Polish, and Marrie-Rose Garbacz, who is Jamaican.
