The body recovered at Point Pleasant Beach has been identified as the 21-year-old missing boater lost in Manasquan Inlet after his fishing vessel capsized earlier this month, authorities said. On Tuesday, Sept. 26, the body was positively identified as Derek Narby of Brick Township, according to Detective I Jeffrey Lebron, a New Jersey State Police spokesman.
