A 51-year-old Seaside Park woman was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to vehicular homicide in the death of Robert Popovics, authorities announced Friday, June 26.
At 9:30 p.m., on Monday, Sept. 23, 2024, Seaside Heights police responded to Dupont Avenue and the Boulevard after a dark colored Sedan driven by Genell McInaw struck Popovics and fled the scene, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said.

David Clayton-Thomas, the lead singer of Blood, Sweat & Tears, died Wednesday, June 24, at age 84, according to multiple reports.
