Trio Of Storms Set To Hit Northeast Will Start With Dangerous System Packed With Ice
A trio of storms set to hit the Northeast will start with an icy system packed with snow, sleet, and rain that will cause widespread treacherous travel.
The first of the storms is due to arrive overnight Wednesday, Feb. 5 and start out with widespread snow, before transitioning to freezing rain in the early morning hours of Thursday, Feb. 6, followed by a shift to all rain, according to the National Weather Service.

NJ Students' Spring Break Plans Fouled By Airline Cancellations: Reports
Foul weather in Florida was blamed for wrecking spring break travel plans for many New Jersey high school students, as originally reported by NJ Advance Media.
FlightAware, a website that tracks flights, noted major disruptions at several Florida airports, including in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa and Orlando, as well as in Baltimore and New York, among others.
More than 3,500 US flights were canceled nationwide, according to The Associated Press.
