A 12-year-old boy died days after being found unresponsive on a school bus in Camden County, authorities said. School officials and first responders tried reviving the boy after finding him on a bus in Gloucester Township Jan. 24, a spokesman with the Camden County Prosecutor's Office said. A school bus driver was suffering a medical episode during a Tuesday afternoon crash in Morris County, authorities said. The school bus was being driven erratically before it slowed down and crashed into another vehicle on Brooklake Road in Florham Park around 4:15 p.m., according to the Florham Park Police Department and Office of Emergency Management. A school bus driver was among two people who died in a three-vehicle crash Friday, police said. The International 3000 bus was heading east and carrying 19 students from Olivet Elementary School in Elmer when it was struck by a westbound Nissan Murano on County Road 540 around 4 p.m., New Jersey State Police said in a release. Police: Somerset Bus Driver, 76, Made Inappropriate Comments To Female Student, 13
A 76-year-old Somerset County Educational Services bus driver was charged with harassment after making inappropriate students to a 13-year-old female student, authorities said. The Bridgewater-Raritan student was the only passenger on the bus when Joseph Galietti made the comments, Bridgewater police said. Galietti was arrested around 2 p.m. on March 10, authorities said. "Galietti was interviewed by detectives and based upon statements and evidence, the charge of harassment was sustained," local police said. The investigation is ongoing.

A Paterson-based school bus company that has routes in Newark is under investigation for alleged safety violations, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office said Friday. No Injuries In Hawthorne School Bus Fire
No injuries were reported when a fire broke out on a school bus in Hawthorne Wednesday afternoon. Seven children and the driver were removed from the bus on Rea Avenue between 1st Avenue and Goffle Road around 5:20 p.m., as firefighters put out the blaze under the rear wheels, witnesses said. Hawthorne police and fire officials were not immediately available for comment.
