NJ Town's Mayor Charged In High School Parking Lot Incident The mayor of one New Jersey town is facing weapons offenses for an incident that happened in a high school parking lot, police said. Linwood police released a statement saying only that Erland V. Chau, 72, was charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose stemming from an incident in the Mainland Regional High School on Oct. 1.  Chau is the mayor of Northfield. At 1:49 p.m. on May 19, a woman flagged down a Linwood police officer to report an incident. She said that she and her sister had found a blue piece of painter's tape on the rear window of her vehicle, police said. Based on how both women were feeling after touching the tape, they believed they may have been exposed to a dangerous substance, Linwood police said. NJ Runaway Used Fake ID To Enter Philly Live Casino, State Police Say A runaway woman from New Jersey used a fake ID card to enter Live Casino & Hotel Philadelphia, according to Pennsylvania State Police.  The woman and a Philadelphia man, both 19, were arrested on the casino floor around 9 p.m. Saturday, according to PSP.
