A woman from Monmouth County has been sentenced to 35 years in state prison for planning and carrying out the sexual assault of a toddler with an accomplice, authorities said. A woman from Monmouth County pleaded guilty on Friday to charges she planned and participated in the sexual assault of a sleeping toddler in 2017, authorities said. A 35-year-old New Jersey man was sentenced to 25 years without parole in state prison for sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl and recording it. Diego Ayala, of Newark, admitted to the acts when pleading guilty, and will be required to serve the his sentence pursuant to the Jessica Lunsford Act, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. A Jersey City pastor was sentenced to 15 years in New Jersey State Prison for the sexual assault of two different girls he taught at the church he worked at, authorities said. Josue Rodriguez, 62, was a pastor and taught religion to children at Temple Refugio, a church at 322 3rd St. in Jersey City, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. A Plainfield man was sentenced to 25 years in prison Friday for repeated sexual assaults of a 9-year-old girl, the Union County Prosecutor's Office said. Guttenberg Man Found Guilty Of Molesting 2 Young Girls For Years
A 64-year-old Guttenberg man was found guilty of sexually assaulting two girls for years starting when both were younger than seven years old, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said in a statement. Oscar Castaneda last week was convicted of aggravated sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, terroristic threats and simple assault.
