Police: DWI Morris County Man Crashes On Route 206, Gives Officers Fake Name, License
A Morris County man was drunk when he crashed into another vehicle on Route 206 and gave police a fake name to avoid being identified, authorities charged.
Eusebio I. Cordova, 43, crashed near Route 206 and Main Street in Flanders around 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Mount Olive police said.
During questioning, Cordova, of Netcong, showed signs of intoxication and subsequently failed field sobriety tests, police said.
Cordova’s passengers left in a taxi while a search of his vehicle turned up open alcohol containers, police said.

Police: DWI Montana Driver, 45, Passes Out In Middle Of Hackettstown Intersection
A drunken Montana man was sound asleep behind the wheel, stopped at a Hackettstown intersection over the weekend, authorities said.
David Search of Stevensville, Montana was slouched over and sleeping in his vehicle, which was running but stopped at the intersection of Cindy Terrace and Hurley Drive just after 5:15 p.m. Sunday, Hackettstown Police said.
An officer put Search’s vehicle into park and observed clear signs of intoxication during his questioning, authorities said.
A subsequent search of Search’s vehicle turned up an airplane-sized bottle of alcohol, authorities said.

State Police: Sussex County Traffic Stop Of PA Driver Turns Up Heroin
Authorities found $150 worth of heroin in a vehicle driven by an intoxicated Pennsylvania driver over the weekend, state police said.
Junius William, 24, of Carbondale, PA was under the influence of heroin when New Jersey state troopers stopped him for a traffic violation on the northbound side of Route 15 in Lafayette Township just after 11:45 p.m. Sunday, authorities said.
William and his passenger, Michael Morgan, 24, of Beach Lake, PA, were found with around $150 in heroin and drug paraphernalia, police said.

DWI Underage Sussex County Driver Crashes, Police Charge
An underage Sussex County man was intoxicated when he crashed his car in Byram Township, authorities said.
Officers in Byram responded to a report of a crash on Sleepy Hollow Road on Monday, July 20, where the driver -- Steven G. Rabe, of Byram -- appeared to be intoxicated, police said.
Rabe was asked to perform a series of field sobriety tests, which police say he did not pass.
He was placed under arrest and taken to a neighboring police department, where he failed two breath tests, authorities said.

DWI Motorcyclist, 28, Leads Police On Pursuit Through Passaic, Morris Counties
A Morris County motorcyclist had been drinking when he led officers on a pursuit through three different towns, authorities said.
Lincoln Park Police responded to the area of Valley Road on reports of of an erratic motorcycle driver May 1 around 10:30 p.m., authorities said.
The motorcyclist -- later identified as Elliot Montalvo, 28, of Towaco -- was located on Pinebrook Road, where police said he ran a stop sign, prompting them to pull him over.
The man didn't stop, though, and officers pursued him through Lincoln Park to Montville, back to Lincoln Park and finally to Wayne.
