Freelance Writer From NY Charged With Assaulting Fort Lee Police During Welfare Check
Fort Lee police were checking on the welfare of a man at a local high-rise when he assaulted them and was taken into custody, authorities said. Matthew D. Gilgoff, a 45-year-old freelance writer from Ulster County, NY, was alert and conscious but under the influence of drugs when officers found him on the floor at 2100 Linwood Avenue, Capt. Edward Young said. Gilgoff told both of them that they “will die tonight” and also “made a statement that was biased in nature,” Young said. Brown University 4. Columbia University 5. Dartmouth University 6. Cornell University 7. University …

Fairview, which was staged in New York last year and will have a return engagement in June, has also been described as a play that made one reviewer "the most uncomfortable I've ever been inside a theater. In a good way." Drury grew up in Plainfield an…

Bloomfield High Senior Accepted To 15 Schools, Including Princeton
This can be a tense time of year for college-bound high school seniors, who are now learning where they’ve been accepted, where they’ve been wait-listed and which schools simply wished them well in their future endeavors. Emmanuel Odekunle of Bloomfield has a lot to think about too -- such as deciding which of the more than one dozen schools where he’s been accepted he’s going to attend. “As of this moment, I have not yet made a decision as to which university I will be attending,” the senior at Bloomfield High School said in an interview late last week. “God will direct us on the best one…
