Between March 2025 and February 2026, Timothy Ball, without authorization utilized an in-house computer system at the Vineland Police Department and the Criminal Justice Information System to research information related to three people, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said. Bell was charged with four counts of Computer Criminal Activity, police said. He is due back in court in September.
