While Parallel Parking, Motorist Crashes Into Asbury Park Driving School, Police Say A driver was attempting to parallel park when his car smashed through the front of a driving school in Asbury Park, authorities said. The crash occurred at 12:20 p.m. on Monday at 1014 Main St., Asbury Park police said. No one was hurt. The driver was trapped in the car, but safely rescued by first responders.  The man was issued a summons for careless driving, police said. His name was not released.
