Burst Pipe Cancels Gaming At AC Casino
There will be no big winners at Ocean Casino Resort Monday, July 27. A water pipe burst at the Atlantic City casino has caused gaming to be canceled for the time being, including slots, table games and sports betting, the casino said on social media. The hotel is operating at limited capacity, bur restaurants, pools and other amenities are still available, the casino said on social media. The $30,000 Slot Tournament scheduled for 1pm-8pm has been cancelled.

Man Allegedly Killed By Off-Duty Philly Officer ID'd: Lehigh County Coroner
The 27-year-old man allegedly shot and killed by an off-duty Philadelphia police officer in Northampton County has been identified following an autopsy. Shakair T. Moncrieffe, of Allen Township, died from multiple gunshot wounds after the shooting at a home in the 1200 block of Old Gate Road on Friday, July 24, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. A 26-year-old man was killed, and two others were seriously injured after a boat struck a channel marker in Barnegat Bay in Toms River late Saturday, July 25, authorities said.
