A woman is dead and her teen daughter remains hospitalized following a crash on Route 23 in Sussex County, sources tell Daily Voice. The girl is believed to be 14 years old and may have suffered a neck or back fracture in the crash involving a dump truck near Mabie and Butler streets, and Route 23 at approximately 9:45 a.m. in Franklin, Daily Voice has learned.
