Man Riding E-Bike Groped Three Women: Hoboken PD (Photo) A man in Hoboken is at large after he groped three women while riding an e-bike on Tuesday, July 30, authorities said. The incidents occurred near the intersections of Second and Garden Streets, Garden and First Streets, and Willow Avenue and Seventh Street between 1:30 p.m. and 2:45 p.m., a spokeswoman for the Hoboken police said. Police had initially received a report of the burglary in a residential building on the 800 block of Willow Avenue and they attempted to track down a suspect, officers said.
