Buybuy Baby is closing all of its physical stores as the company transitions to a digital-first approach, according to a statement on its website. Last summer, the company announced it would be closing all stores amid parent company Bed Bath & Beyond's bankruptcy liquidation. Months later, some stores reopened under a new parent company. Dina Golas Of Glen Ridge Dies, 53
Dina Marie Golas of Glen Ridge died peacefully at home on Nov. 18, 2020. She was 53 years old. A West Hartford, CT native, Golas graduated from Hall High School, and was chosen by her classmates to deliver the commencement address, her obituary with O'Boyle Funeral Home says. She went on to earn degrees from Union College (BS) and UConn (MBA). She spent most of her career working on Wall Street, as the managing director of institutional equity sales for RW Baird. Feds Smash World's Largest Dark Web Child Porn Network By Following Bitcoin Trail
Federal authorities have smashed the world’s largest dark web child porn marketplace, arresting a whopping 337 people around the world – some of them in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut -- all thanks to bitcoin. To sniff out the network, investigators used a unique strategy. "Welcome to Video" was one of the first websites of its kind to monetize exploitation videos of infants, toddlers and other children, "one of the worst forms of evil imaginable," one federal prosecutor said.
