Fisher-Price has issued a fresh recall of millions of its “Rock ’n Play Sleepers” after there were at least eight new infant fatalities reported to bring the death toll to around 100. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced that Fisher-Price has re-issued a recall of 4.7 million of its product that could lead to infants rolling from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained, raising the chances of injury or death. UPDATE: A previously-convicted child porn collector from Atlantic City was sentenced Thursday to more than 11 years in federal prison -- without parole -- for doing it again, authorities said. Cory Newman, a 46-year-old former U.S. Navy petty officer, must serve out just about all of the sentence handed down on Jan. 5 because there’s no parole in the federal prison system. A shooting rampage left seven people dead including the gunman at a Chesapeake, VA Walmart Tuesday, Nov. 22 — just two days before Thanksgiving, authorities said. Police used tactical force to enter the Battlefield Boulevard Walmart at Sam's Circle on reports of an "active shooter" at 10:12 p.m., and found multiple bodies, a Chesapeake police spokesman told reporters. Victim Suffers Broken Cheekbone In Hudson County Walmart Assault: Police
A Hudson County man is in police custody, after authorities say he assaulted a shopper at Walmart. Police said Gerald Rainey, 34, of Secaucus, punched the victim at Walmart on Oct. 14, breaking their cheekbone, town Police Chief Dennis Miller told Daily Voice. Rainey was arrested Thursday, Nov. 3, according to Miller. He is being held at Hudson County Jail, the chief added. State court records show Rainey is charged with aggravated assault with attempt to cause serious bodily injury. It's not clear when he's due back in court.

Two men who robbed and carjacked a woman at knifepoint in the Secaucus Walmart parking lot were arrested in two separate stolen cars in Newark, authorities said.
