FBI Assists In Arrest Of Catalytic Converter Thief Who Led 100 MPH Pursuit: Secaucus PD A 24-year-old man wanted for catalytic converter thefts was arrested with help from the FBI in Hudson County, authorities said. Randy Severino of Bayonne became the center of an investigation last June, when police in Garfield notified surrounding jurisdictions of a white Honda Civic, involved in catalytic converter thefts, Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller said. Secaucus Police Officer Jason Mitchell spotted the vehicle on Route 3 East traveling at speeds over 100 mile per hour, Miller said.
