Hit-And-Run Barricaded Suspect Charged, Victim Sought: Guttenberg Police Malik Moore, the 45-year-old Orange resident who barricaded himself inside a home with a knife after striking a pedestrian and fleeing the scene has been hit with multiple charges, Guttenberg Police announced on Tuesday, July 4. On Sunday, July 2, Moore hit a pedestrian with his vehicle at Bergenline Avenue and 70th Street, Guttenberg Deputy Police Chief Frank Pelaez said.
