Prosecutor: Somerset County Man, 66, Charged With Death By Auto In Fatal DWI Crash On Route 202 A 66-year-old Somerset County man was under the influence when he caused a fatal crash on a highway intersection last week, prosecutors charged. George L. Rodriguez was driving a 2005 GMC Envoy northbound on Route 202/206 in the inner/left lane and struck Michael C. Sivulich, 65, near the intersection of River Road just after 6:45 p.m. last Friday, Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson said in a joint release. New Brunswick Man Charged With Causing OD Death Of Somerset County Woman A New Brunswick man is accused of providing a woman with the cocktail of drugs including fentanyl and cocaine that killed her last January, authorities said Wednesday. Lashawn D. Boyd, 24, met up with the 37-year-old Bedminster woman for a drug deal on Jan. 19, Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson, Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Chief of County Detectives John W. Fodor and Bedminster Township Police Chief Karl Rock said. Hillsborough police got a 9-1-1 call around 11:10 p.m. April 20 for a fire at a Treeman Drive apartment, Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson announced in a joint release.
