Woman Sexually Assaulted In West New York: Prosecutor A 40-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in West New York on Saturday, July 27, authorities said. At 1:30 a.m., the woman encountered a man at Hudson Avenue and 51st Street, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. The woman said the man grabbed her by the hair and sexually assaulted her, Suarez said. The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and the West New York Police Department are investigating, authorities said.  Anyone with information is asked to contact 201-915-1234.
