Witnesses Say Harrison Man Was Driving ‘Aggressively’ Prior To Fairfield Crash A 19-year-old Harrison man has been charged with driving under the influence and other drug and motor-vehicle offenses following a rollover crash that nearly shut down a major highway in Fairfield Wednesday, police in Fairfield said. Angelo Palacios-Rebaza was driving a Nissan Altima on westbound Rt. 46 around 11:30 a.m. when the car left the roadway and flipped, coming to rest right-side up near the Horseneck Road overpass. Palacios-Rebazo had to be extricated from the car and was treated for arm and facial injuries at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson. The highway was down…
