Veteran Skydiver Dies At Same PA Facility Where NJ Man Was Killed In April
A 35-year-old Staten Island man and veteran skydiver was killed in a freak accident in Pennsylvania Monday at the same facility where a New Jersey skydiver died in April. Frank Kancso's parachute opened and stayed on, but he landed hard in the landing area at Sky’s the Limit Skydiving Center in Monroe County, according to Pennsylvania State Police and WFMZ. Two teen brothers from New Jersey were arrested on accusations they killed a man found in a wooded area in Quakertown (Bucks County), Pennsylvania, authorities announced. A man with a history of abuse was charged with harassment after calling a woman 45 times in one day, according to Pennsylvania State Police in Cumberland County. A 26-year-old motorcyclist was streaming live on Facebook when he crashed on Interstate 83 and died Sunday. Experienced NJ Skydiver Dies In PA Accident
A 74-year-old New Jersey man died in a Pennsylvania skydiving accident Sunday, officials said. Ed Harney, of Paramus (Bergen County) -- an experienced skydiver -- He jumped with three other experienced skydivers with Sky’s the Limit Skydiving Center around 11:30 a.m., Pennsylvania State Police said. The group jumped from approximately 14,000 feet. At 5,000 feet, it appeared Harney’s parachute was the first to open, but he began to spin, eventually separating from his parachute. NJ Runaway Used Fake ID To Enter Philly Live Casino, State Police Say
A runaway woman from New Jersey used a fake ID card to enter Live Casino & Hotel Philadelphia, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
