Arrest Made In Summit Shooting; Gunman Had Been Arguing With Victim For Days: Police A 33-year-old Irvington man has been arrested in a Summit shooting that left a 35-year-old Vauxhall resident injured Saturday, June 24, authorities said. Jaime Tapia-Lobos was found in Plainfield and charged with First degree attempted murder, aggravated assault, and various other weapons offenses, police in Summit said.
