Passaic Man Charged In 2007 North Bergen Sexual Assault
A Passaic man was arrested Tuesday for a sexual assault in North Bergen that occurred more than 12 years ago, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said. North Bergen police were called to a home on 74th Street around 6:40 a.m. April 28, 2007. A 44-year-old woman who lived there told officers a man entered her home through a window and sexually assaulted her. She was treated at Christ Hospital in Jersey City.
