Group Of Kids Threw Rocks At Man's Car Before He Was Stabbed 2X At NJ Mall Parking Garage: Cops A 56-year-old man was stabbed twice after a group of juveniles threw rocks and other objects at his car at a Hudson County mall, authorities said. Police said only that the man suffered two puncture wounds, one to his lower abdomen and another to the upper left side of his stomach, around 7:40 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, in a parking garage at Newport Centre in Jersey City. Two Kids Arrested For Burglary, Theft After Pursuit: Nutley Police Two juveniles were arrested for burglary and theft after leading Nutley police on a foot pursuit on Saturday, Oct. 21, authorities said. The juveniles targeted a vehicle on Elm Street and several other vehicles on Grant Avenue, police said. When they opened the rear door of a Grant Avenue residence, an alarm went off and the homeowner confronted them, police said. The two fled east on Grant Avenue before being apprehended near the Passaic River, police said. Police had recently arrested two other juveniles for breaking into cars on Yale Street and Franklin Avenue.

Two Police Cars, Stolen Sedan Towed Following Paramus Labor Day Pursuit, Crash Two Paramus police cars and a stolen sedan all had to be towed following a damaging Labor Day pursuit that ended with several occupants in custody. The pursuit apparently came down Farview Avenue and ended in the rear of the DCH Paramus Honda Prep Center on Pleasant Avenue off Route 17 around 11 a.m. Four and possibly five suspects -- all believed to be juveniles -- were quickly seized.
