Englewood Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Underage Teen An underage teenager was sexually abused by a 24-year-old Englewood man multiple times over the past year, city police charged. Jowel G. Pinnock remained held in the Bergen County Jail on Tuesday, April 2, following his arrest the day before, records show.
