The Union County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit is attempting to locate a man wanted for sexually assaulting a juvenile female at a pool in Rahway in July. On Saturday, July 22, at Walter E. Ulrich Memorial Pool in Rahway River Park, the girl said she was approached by a stranger in the pool and assaulted, the Union County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit said. Woman Forced Teen Girl To Have Sex With Man For Money: Union Prosecutor
A man and woman from North Jersey have been arrested on accusations she made a 14-year-old girl have sex with him for money, authorities said. Valdirene Nogueira, 45, of Union, plied the girl with alcohol before Rony D. Game-Palacios, 30, of Newark, sexually assaulted her in exchange for money last September, Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel and Assistant Prosecutor Peter Benza said. A 68-year-old Linden man has arrested on charges of sex assault and related offenses after making explicit comments to a child at a local park while touching himself, authorities said. Paul J. Schappe, Jr. is facing second- and third-degree charges, respectively, after approaching a child playing basketball at Clifford Lawson Memorial Park and making sexual comments while touching himself over his clothing around 1 p.m. on May 2, acting Union County Prosecutor Lyndsay V.
