At 2:05 a.m., police responded to the 200 block of Washington Street on a call of a shooting, Newark Public Safety Director Eugene Miranda said Two gunshot victims were located and transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, authorities said. .Each is reportedly in stable condition, Miranda said. This incident remains under investigation, Miranda said.
