South Jersey Officer Charged With Terroristic Threats, Burglary: Prosecutor
A South Jersey police officer has been arrested on charges of burglary and terroristic threats, authorities said Monday. Dylan J. Keenan-Hannum, 30, of the Del Haven section of Middle Township, was also served a disorderly persons offense and charged with simple assault following his Nov. 14 arrest, the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office announced. The West Wildwood police officer was lodged in the Cape May County Jail pending court proceedings. No further details were released. The investigation is ongoing. 7-Hour Weekend SWAT Standoff Involving 3 Kids, 4 Adults Ends In Woman's Arrest
A seven-hour SWAT standoff ended with one woman in custody Sunday afternoon, authorities in Hudson County said. Sonia Alvarez, 59, of Union City, was charged with obstruction in violation and served a disorderly persons offense in connection with Sunday's incident, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Madison PD: Elizabeth Man Flashed Genitals To Woman He Was Driving To Work
A 29-year-old Elizabeth man was arrested after exposing his genitals to a woman who he was driving to work, said authorities who charged him. Jose A. Garcia had apparently exposed himself to the woman, who he knew, on "more than one occasion," Madison Police Chief Darren P. Dachison said in a release. Garcia was arrested on Main Street on June 26 on charges of lewdness, police said. He was also served a disorderly persons offense and was released pending a court appearance in Madison Municipal Court.

A jury found Morris County Dr. Samuel Caruthers guilty of stabbing a then-12-year-old boy with a ski pole on a Mountain Creek bunny slope in 2016, reports say. Caruthers, 47 of Mountain Lakes, was found guilty Wednesday of child endangerment, simple assault, a disorderly persons offense and unlawful weapon possession, the New Jersey Herald reports.
