Roselle Man Charged With Deaths Of Sister-In-Law, 9-Year-Old Niece: Prosecutors A 44-year-old Roselle man has been formally charged with bludgeoning a 45-year-old woman and her 9-year-old daughter to death, authorities said. Everoy Morrison was hit with two counts of first degree murder in the deaths of his sister-in-law, Keisha Morrison and niece, Kelsey Morrison, Union County Prosecutor William Daniel and Roselle Police Chief Stacey Williams announced Friday, May 5.  On April 18, Roselle Police Officers were called to a home on the 200 block of West 7th Ave on a report of two missing people, Daniel said.
