Hoboken PD: Shoplifter Who Injured Officers Charged With Terroristic Threats, Resisting Arrest A Hoboken man who stole several bags of shrimp and Tide products from a local ACME market injured officers trying to arrest him later that day, authorities said. Police responded to the ACME Supermarket on Clinton Street around 12:20 p.m. Dec. 5, where an employee told police that a man later identified as Ricardo Burgos had stolen several items throughout the day, Hoboken Police Det. Lt. Danilo Cabrera said. Police stopped Burgos in the back of the store, where he was found with unpaid Tide products, authorities said.
