Elmwood Park Boy, 16, Carrying Loaded Gun Chased Down By Paterson Detectives A 16-year-old Elmwood Park boy was carrying a loaded gun when he ran from detectives in one of Paterson’s most notorious drug neighborhoods, authorities said. Just last Sunday, two 20-year-old men were shot near the corner of Summer Street and Godwin Avenue, in a neighborhood where rival gangs have long battled over a robust drug market.
