13-Year-Old Boy Charged In Violent Bayonne Robbery Recorded On Video: PD A young boy has been charged with robbery and conspiracy for taking part in a violent robbery with two other youths, police in Bayonne said.  The 13-year-old was arrested around 3:20 p.m. Sunday near 15th Street and Broadway after he was identified as a suspect.  The victim, a 29-year-old woman, said she was grabbing some items from the back of her vehicle when the three juveniles surrounded her and demanded she give them personal items.
