Update: Jeep Hits 2 Children, 3 Adults Outside JC Supermarket

A Jeep reportedly struck five people just outside a Jersey City supermarket late Friday afternoon.

The vehicle apparently pinned the victims against a metal barrier outside the Extra Supermarket near Kearney Avenue off Martin Luther King Boulevard shortly before 5 p.m.

None of their injuries was considered life-threatening.

Police were investigating.
