An illegal car meetup with fires and a police officer nearly being struck has led to two more arrests — this time of people from outside the Philadelphia suburbs, police announced on Saturday, Sept. 28.
Alexis Boyce, 20 of Englishtown, NJ, turned herself into Philadelphia Police at 600 Arch Street at 11:15 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, and Albert Woynar, 18 of Pittsburgh, was arrested by Pennsylvania State Troopers later that day, Philadelphia Police detailed in the release.

Woman Stabbed, Man With Violent Past Arrested, Linden Police Say
A 22-year-old Linden man was arrested and charged with stabbing a woman on the early morning of Tuesday, Sept. 24, authorities said.
At 12:30 a.m., police responded to the 200 block of Grant Street and found a 20-year-woman stabbed, Linden police said. She was treated on scene and transported to a nearby hospital where she remains in stable condition, police said.

18 Unsolved Burglaries Cracked: Pair Arrested In Months-Long North Jersey Spree
Two men have been arrested and charged in 18 burglaries and one attempted burglary across North Jersey, authorities said.
A months-long investigation found Kali J. Carter, 49, of East Orange, and Demetrius D. Hale, 49, of Bergenfield, were responsible for the incidents, all of which were residential burglaries, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.

Stuck In The Mud: Hudson County SUV Thieves Arrested, Police Say
A pair of SUV thieves were arrested after one of them led a brief pursuit but got stuck in the mud of a marsh last week in Bergen County, police said.
Carlos Sierra, 37, and Hortensia Herrera, 50, both of Guttenberg, have been lodged in the Bergen County Jail following their arrests in Lyndhurst Friday, Aug. 16, Detective Lt. Vincent Auteri said.
