Infant Ejected, 20-Year-Old Woman Dead In Garden State Parkway Crash: Njsp A 20-year-old New York City woman was killed and an infant was ejected from a car in a crash on the Garden State Parkway on Friday afternoon, Aug. 7, authorities said. Cause Of Death Released For NBA Player Brandon Clarke, 29 Nearly three months after Brandon Clarke’s sudden death stunned the NBA, authorities have determined what killed him. The 29-year-old died from the effects of heroin and cocaine, the County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner announced Friday, Aug. 7. His death was ruled accidental.  Clarke, a forward for the Memphis Grizzlies, was found unresponsive in his bedroom at about 5 p.m. Monday, May 11, according to the medical examiner.
