An attorney stole more than $156,000 from two clients of his Pennsylvania law firm, leaving a 76-year-old man with just $26.21 in his bank account, authorities announced on Friday, Oct. 23.
Andrew C. Neville, 40, of Pennsauken, New Jersey, and owner of Neville Law PLLC in Newtown Borough, used stolen money to pay rent for his office and home and transferred a large portion to online gambling, according to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.

A 37-year-old Brooklyn man was charged with assault by auto following a crash in Lopatcong Township, authorities said.
At 11 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8, officers responded to County Route 519 near Overlook Development following a head-on crash with injuries, Lopatcong Township police said.
Officers spoke with one of the drivers, Hermelindo Temaj Jiguan and observed signs of heavy intoxication, police said. Following an on-scene investigation, he was taken into custody, police said.

Reckless DUI Driver Arrested After Crash: Denville PD
A 25-year-old Morristown man was arrested and hit with numerous vehicle charges following a car crash in Denville, authorities said.
At 9:22 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 19, officers responded to Mount Pleasant Turnpike for a single-vehicle crash, Denville police said. The driver, Karlos Mesa exhibited signs of impairment and he was arrested following field sobriety testing, police said.
He is charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to report an accident and numerous other infractions, authorities said.
