The cocaine was smuggled in children's toy boxes, they said. A cooperative, multi-agency investigation identified four residences in Toms River as being used by Christian Bultron-Rios, 37, Christian Bultron-Carmona, 18, and Anfernee Guzman-Romero, 26, all of Toms River, to store and distribute cocaine, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Shoplifting Tools, Meth Recovered During Arrest By Brick PD A 32-year-old man from Central Jersey was found sleeping in his car and arrested on multiple drug and shoplifting charges, authorities said. At about 11 p.m. on Thursday, Brick police were conducting surveillance at 715 Route 70 when they observed a man sleeping inside a vehicle in the parking lot, a police department spokeswoman said. Police identified the man as Christian Vatovec of Manalapan. Detectives allegedly found a large quantity of methamphetamine inside the vehicle, Patrol Officer Victoria Finelli said; Detectives also found Xanax, Suboxone and a hypodermic syringe, she said. …

The woman reportedly used a tool to try and cut off security tags from the TVs, according to a spokeswoman for Brick police. On Friday at about 9 p.m., Brick police were called to the Walmart at 1872 Route 88 for a potential shoplifter, Police Officer Victoria Finelli said.
