Medical Episode Caused Serious Wreck That Hospitalized Little Falls Officer, Department Says Little Falls police have released details in the overnight wreck that hospitalized an officer. The Little Falls officer was experiencing a medical episode while driving around 1:05 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, the department said. The officer’s marked patrol vehicle veered off Main Street and struck the building of a local business.
