The suspect who goes by the name "Chocolate Za" was captured performing the act at McCarter Highway and Parkhurst Street on Thursday, July 28, Interim Newark Public Safety Director Raul Malave said. Math Teacher From Bayville Accused Of Second Lewd Act In Girls' Locker Room A second incident of lewd behavior involving a math teacher is under investigation in Ocean County. Joshua Eckersley, 33, of Bayville, already faces one count of endangering the welfare of a child. The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office said he surrendered to police Thursday afternoon.
