Action News has released the names of the pilot and team photographer killed in a helicopter crash Tuesday night, Dec. 19 in New Jersey. Monroe Smith, 67, of Glenside, PA, was the pilot, and Christopher Dougherty, 45, of Oreland, PA, was the photographer, according to the news station. Authorities have identified the 44-year-old pilot killed in a helicopter crash on Thursday, Aug. 31. Josef Yitzhak of Israel died in the crash, South Brunswick police said. A 33-year-old pilot was pulled from his helicopter after a crash at the Essex County Airport Saturday, June 4, police said.
