Man Riding E-Bike Groped Three Women: Hoboken PD (Photo) A man in Hoboken is at large after he groped three women while riding an e-bike on Tuesday, July 30, authorities said. The incidents occurred near the intersections of Second and Garden Streets, Garden and First Streets, and Willow Avenue and Seventh Street between 1:30 p.m. and 2:45 p.m., a spokeswoman for the Hoboken police said. Authorities said they are investigating the incidents as criminal sexual conduct. Anyone with information is asked to call 201-420-2100, ext. 3703.

Two 15-year-olds and a 14-year-old from Kearny were then seen getting out of the Toyota and running westbound from 5th and Washington Street before officers stopped them near Garden Street, Hoboken police said.
