Man Charged For Providing Fentanyl In Deadly Overdose At Morris County Hotel: Prosecutor
A 30-year-old man was charged after providing Fentanyl to a man who later overdosed at a Morris County hotel and died, authorities announced. John P. Rowe, of Budd Lake, was charged with first-degree strict liability for drug-induced death, Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll said in a joint release alongside local officials. Harmful Algae Blooms Found In These New Jersey Lakes
Harmful algal blooms have been reported in 32 lakes across the state as of Sept. 1 -- and some are calling for action. In total, two lakes were at a red “warning” level, 20 were orange “advisory” level and 10 were at a blue “watch” level (scroll down for the breakdown). Budd Lake Mourns Katie Falgiano, 19, Killed In 'Mountain Madness' Motorsports Rollover
The Budd Lake community is mourning the loss of a 19-year-old woman who became an organ donor after being killed at a motorsports event last weekend. Katie L. Falgiano was ejected from a vehicle she was riding in and partially pinned beneath it at Mountain Madness in upstate New York around 9 p.m. Saturday, the Montgomery County Sheriff's officials said.
