Richard Knight, 40, of New Egypt, was sentenced on Friday, April 1, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer. Toms River Man, 56, Admits Possessing Child Pornography A 56-year-old man from Ocean County has admitted possessing child pornography, authorities said.  Henry Ziolkowski of Toms River pleaded guilty on Tuesday to the charge before Superior Court Judge Michael T. Collins, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer. When Ziolkowski is sentenced on Feb. 5, 2021, Billhimer said his office is seeking a term of five years in New Jersey State Prison.
