Infant Overdose: Judge Frees Bergen Woman Charged With Endangerment After Baby Ingests Opioid A 23-year-old Bergen County woman was arrested after a 6-month-old child ingested and overdosed on an opioid, authorities said. Alia Elsafy of North Arlington was initially jailed, but a Superior Court judge in Hackensack almost immediately ordered her release on Friday, May 26, under New Jersey's bail reform law, records show. Bergen Man Charged With Molesting Passaic County Girl A North Arlington man was arrested early Friday and charged with molesting a 15-year-old child at a Woodland Park home.
