Warren Township Schools Delayed After Water Main Break
A water main break at Watchung Hills Regional High School caused schools to open on a two-hour delay on Friday, Nov. 15, the district said. The water main break occurred overnight and affected both the high school and district transportation, the school district said. Classes begin at 9:30 a.m., the district said.

Tributes are pouring in for dedicated EMT and Somerset County rescue squad vice president Stephanie Beth Scheiderman, who died at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Somerville on Wednesday, Dec. 28 at the age of 25. Born in Plainfield, Stephanie was raised in Green Brook, where she earned her Girl Scouts Silver Award and participated in theatre and color guard before graduating from Watchung Hills Regional High School in 2015, her obituary says. Somerset Electrician Keith Kuzmenko Dies, 27
Keith Kuzmenko died on Feb. 9 at his home in Warren. He was 27 years old. Born in New Brunswick, Keith worked as an electrician with Atlantis Electric in Somerset. Keith was on the wrestling team and graduated from Watchung Hills Regional High School. He was also a member of Our Lady of the Mount Church in Warren, his obituary says. Keith enjoyed spending time with his friends and family and working out. Keith was predeceased by his mother, Mildred Casellini Tagman, and grandmother, Patricia Ryan.
