A 20-year-old Lakewood resident was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle in Lakewood on Tuesday, July 21, authorities said. At 9:59 p.m., officers responded to James Street and Ridgeway Place after a driver was traveling westbound on James Street and turned onto Ridgeway Place, striking the 20-year-old, Lakewood police said.
